Hi everyone,
I meant to send this email the first of this month but here it is the 6th and I am late with the invitation, sorry about that.
But the Chili Ride 2024 is coming up soon, February 17. For those that are new we set up a drive on Saturday the 17th, and start in the afternoon, I think we will go for 2:30 this year, that may be the time I always use? We go for a drive in the country, which is getting harder and harder to find these days, and end up at our house for chili. I always like driving in the cooler months more than when it is hot so we came up with this drive in February. It is for everyone and in any car you would care to drive, it is not limited to Triumphs. We try to be back at our house by 5 to 5:30 for the chili and fellowship. Linda and I will provide the chili and ask that others pick what they would like to bring, chips and dip, veggie tray, cornbread, dessert, appetizer, really anything you would like to bring to share. If you let me know what you are bringing I will try to coordinate so we do not get too much of the same thing. And if you cannot do the drive please still come by for the good times, try for 5:30 arrival time or a little later.
I am still setting up the drive but just to keep it simple let’s meet at the usual location just off of Hwy. 55 and Highhouse in Cary, here is a google maps link, https://www.google.com/ maps/place/Pediatric+Dentist+ at+West+Cary/@35.7899832,-78. 8714459,203m/data=!3m1!1e3! 4m15!1m8!3m7! 1s0x89acbd54ff4a8b43: 0x44568fdb5a444be1!2sCary,+NC! 3b1!8m2!3d35.79154!4d-78. 7811169!16zL20vMDEzaHRw!3m5! 1s0x89acedc8a0f31d67: 0x4a4ac05e5bc88d12!8m2!3d35. 7902588!4d-78.8712887!16s%2Fg% 2F11j9hqw9pr?entry=ttu
If you look at the map, the parking area we use is behind the pediatrics dentist office. And again we will meet at 2:30.
I hope all of this makes sense, if not please send an email my way or give me a call, 919-368-6382. Our address is 1508 Fairbanks Road, Cary NC 27513. I will send further updates out the week of the drive.
Thanks,
Jim Cain
