The Annual Gathering

As a paid member of the Triumph Club of the Carolinas (TCOC) members receive, via email, the dynamic, monthly newsletter called The Tribune. In addition, there is member’s only section on the website that contains member specific information. Finally, an email communications tool allows only members to email to club wide email lists.

The Tribune is a thorough, timely newsletter covering recent club activities, a calendar of upcoming events, historical TCOC notes and articles of interest to all members. There is an archive of past Tribune publications within the Members Only webpages.

The Members Only page is a password protected area on the website and password is provided to members upon payment of the annual dues.

The email communications tool is a secure mailing list server that allows only members to send group email to the TCOC community or within regional lists. This is a highly protected emailing tool that is used by members to announce information of common interest to the whole club or only to their region (Charlotte, East or Triad).

Although TCOC’s activities are centered around North and South Carolina, the club is open to members from anywhere. TCOC is organized into four regions. The local regions include Charlotte, Eastern and Triad areas. The fourth is an “At Large” region which includes any member outside of those boundaries.

TCOC has published contacts, people who are happy to help you further understand the the club and to welcome you into our club. You can find contact information for us with the link below.

Triumph was British manufacturing company in the 19th and 20th centuries. Beginning with bicycles and motorcycles in the later 1800s, it survived through 1984 after switching it’s efforts to automobiles in 1927. The Triumph trademark is now owned by BMW. Over roughly 100 years Triumph produced a large variety of unique cars. Many examples survive or have been resurrected over the years.

Yes, The directory is published several time a year. It is provided to new members at registration and also placed on the website for later use.

Out of privacy concerns for our membership the online version is only available in the password protected member’s web pages. Any paid member has access to download the membership directory, in .pdf format, along with other documents and back issues of The Tribune – our award winning monthly newsletter.

The TCOC Forum includes a For Sale area where Triumphs can be bought and sold. This forum area, like all areas, can be seen by registered and non-registered users. Listing a car for sale, or even posting a desire to find a particular Triumph, on the form can provide a wide audience for your topic.

When selling a car be sure to include enough information to make it interesting to potential buyers. At a minimum, the make (hopefully Triumph), model, year, colors (interior/exterior), condition and any options or additions.

Remember, since the TCOC Forum a public forum your private information should probably be withheld until someone contacts you with interest in the car. At that time you can exchange email addresses or other contact information.
