Sep 6 – Sep 8 all-day
Tour de Marque - Triumph @ Chateau LaFayette Reneau, Hector, NY | Hector | New York | United States

Purpose:
An opportunity for owners of the featured car of each year’s event to participate in the Watkins Glen Grand Prix Festival as part of the show and enjoy the The Hilliard U.S. Vintage Grand Prix at Watkins Glen International.
For a quick overview, here is a small pictorial sample of a previous year’s Tour de Marque, when Corvettes were featured.

Date:
Friday- September 6, 2019

Location:
Starts at Chateau Lafayette Reneau
5081 State Route 414
Hector NY 14841

Eligibility:
Any Triumph Car

Cost:
Registration fee of $145 per car, which includes two weekend tickets to the Hilliard U.S. Vintage Grand Prix at Watkins Glen International.

The Course:
This year the WGI Tour de Marque Launched From Chateau Lafayette Reneau – Triumph will start out at the CLR Winery, where drivers will meet for coffee, pastries, and conversation to start their day. Then they will get to do a really neat roughly 85 mile Rallye Route of the kind that only the Stone Bridge Driver Events Committee is famous for putting on, ending at Watkins Glen International, where the drivers will be hosted for brunch, followed by paced laps of the world-famous 3.4 mile racetrack. The cars then line-up for the drive into town, where they stage at the original Start/Finish line for the 1948 Grand Prix, and then take their two Cayuga Health System Laps of the 6.6 mile Old Course. The cars finish at Lafayette Park in downtown Watkins Glen where they are parked on display, while the drivers get to enjoy the rest of the festival.

Shenandoah British Car Club 38th Car Festival @ Ridgeview park
Oct 4 @ 6:00 pm – Oct 5 @ 3:30 pm

ABOUT OUR FESTIVAL
First held in 1982, our British Car Festival is among the oldest of its kind and one of the few multi-day British car events on the east coast. Over 130 entrants from more than 10 states have participated over the years.
We welcome all British marques and makes in all conditions. A show-quality car is not needed to share in the fun of this great event. Awards are based on voting by participants!
The car show is staged over several acres among the massive trees and lovely river views of Ridgeview Park in Waynesboro. The Skyline Drive, Shenandoah National Park, and Blue Ridge Parkway are a 10 minute drive from the show.

Our host hotel is the Days Inn, Waynesboro – see sidebar for more information.

There will be no awards banquet in 2019, but our Friday night reception has proved to be very popular, so please add it to your schedules.

This year we will again be holding our Friday night reception at Waynesboro Country Club. The event is open to all participants. There will be a cash bar and a ‘cookout’ style buffet of hamburger/hot dog, salad, sides, chips etc. is available for $20 with advance order. No other food will be available.

Waynesboro Country Club is 1.8 miles from the Days Inn. A shuttle service may be offered from the Days Inn to the Friday Reception, please indicate at registration if you would be interested in this service.

Our on-field food vendor is once again, Holy Smokes BBQ – check them out here

Awards- based on our participant voting – will be presented on field at around 3:00 p.m. We ask that vehicles remain in place until end of show and ceremonies if possible.
Door prizes will be awarded on the field to pre-registered participants.
