April 17, 2026 is not right around the corner but planning for the 2026 Gathering has already begun.  The Featured Marque has been selected and on Thursday, several planning leaders met with Martha Holt at the vineyard.  We reviewed this year’s Gathering and laid the groundwork for Gathering 2026.  

One of the topics discussed was the hotel and reservations.  The hotel is taking reservation for next year’s Gathering.   They have set up an online site for our event.  Please see the email sent to all members for the link to make your reservation.

If you go directly to the Hampton Inn website (not through the link) and look for rooms on the weekend of the Gathering, April 17 – 19, you will see that they are marked “Sold Out”.  They have blocked out the entire hotel for us and the only way to reserve a room is through the link above.

I know it is more than 280 days until the Gathering but, if you make the hotel reservation now and it turns out that you cannot attend the Gathering, you can always cancel the hotel reservation.
